By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to introduce the third person and consolidate ”WH” question.

Prepare pictures, a tape and a cassette player.

1, Warm up
Uses the picture to ask students
Who are they?
Where are they?
What are they doing?
What is the teacher doing?
What are the students doing?
What are they talking about?
Ss answer the questions :
- They are students.
- They are in the class.
- They are learning.
- She is teaching/ asking.
- They are answering.
- They are talking themselves
2, Presentation
Opens the tape twice.
Asks the students to practice in group works.
Listens and correct their mistakes if they have.
Explains the meaning of the new words: Pham Thi Hoa.
Pham: Family name.
Thi: Middle name.
Hoa: First name.
* Guides students reading.
Lets students answer the questions by asking them.
Who is Hoa talking to?
What is Hoa’s family name?
What is her middle name?
Where does she live?
* SS Answer the questions.
- She is talking to Miss Lien.
- Her family name’s Pham.

Listen and complete this dialogue then listen and correct.
