Cach thanh lap stt

CÁCH THÀNH LẬP SỐ THỨ TỰ
Quy tắc 1: thêm ‘th” sau số đếm để tạo thành STT
Ví dụ: four = the fourth
Six = the sixth
Seven = the seventh
Trừ 3 tiếng : one = the first
Two = the second
Three = the third
chú ý: a. Những số đếm tận cùng bằng y, phải đổi thành ie rồi mới thêm th
twenty = the twentieth
Forty = the fortieth
b. Những số đếm tận cùng bằng ve phải đổi thành f rồi mới thêm th
twelve = the twelfth
five = the fifth
c. Riêng chữ nine ta bỏ e rồi thêm th
Riêng chữ eight ta chỉ thêm h thôi.
Nine = the ninth
Eight = the eighth
Quy tắc 2: ở những số kép, chỉ có tiếng cuối cùng nhận hình thức STT mà thôi.
Twenty two = the twenty second
Thirty five = the thirty fifth
Quy tắc 3: bao giờ cũng có the đứng trước STT.
