I. Tenses
1.The simple present tense (Thì hiện tại đơn):
- Dùng để diễn tả:- Một thói quen, một chân lí hay một sự thật hiển nhiên, Công việc thường xảy ra ở hiện tại không bao giờ thay đổi.
- Form: (+) S + V-s/es + O
(-) S + Do/ Does + Vinf + O
(?) Do/ Does + S + Vinf + O ?
- Thường đi với các trạng từ chỉ sự thường xuyên. - Always, usually, often, sometimes, seldom, never, every, once, twice, three times ... hoặc chỉ nhu cầu, sở thích, trạng thái.....
2.The present progressive tense (hiện tại tiếp diễn):
- Dùng để diễn tả hành động đang diễn ra tại thời điểm ta đang nói.
- Form: S + TOBE + V- ing
( am, is, are)
- Thường đi với các Now, at this time, at the moment, at present, right now, sau mệnh lệnh hoặc hành động khác với thói quen thường ngày có liên từ BUT ......

3.The near future tence
- Dùng để diễn tả: Ý định sẽ làm việc gì trong tương lai mà sự việc đã được sắp đặt từ trước. ( TLai gần)
- Form: S + TOBE + GOING TO + Vinf
(is/am/are) - Thường đi với các từ - Tonight, soon, tomorrow, someday, one day, next + N

The verb form:
After Should, can, must, Let`s, Will + Vinf (verb without TO)
After would like, want, need + Vinf
(verb with TO)
After Like, Enjoy, các giới từ + V-ing
