Cause
٭Another reason for the fast growth in the world population is that in some
regions of the world the birthrate is high.
*Better health care and living conditions have cut the death rate.
* One reason is that the death rate has gone down

.
2. Population distribution
-Population distribution means the pattern of where people live.
-World population distribution is uneven.
-Places which are sparsely populated contain few people.
-Places which are densely populated contain many people
Population density
3. Consequence
٭An increase in the number of people means that more food is needed.
٭Millions may suffer from famine,or lack of food.
٭Also, populations that grow rapidly may use resources more quickly than population that do not grows as fast.
٭Some countries face short ages of water and housing.
٭Population growth also puts a strain on economies.
٭ Most problems of the environment come from population growth.
4. Solution
*This solution is the voluntary use of contraceptives.
*Every woman would not be allowed to have more than two babies.
*Making sure people around the world have access to family planning services.
*Empowering women in developing countries economically, socially, and legally in a manner that results in them having an equal say (with their husbands) in reproductive decisions.
*Modifying school curricula to include information on population levels and implications for the future;
