- Show things: pencil, pen, ruler, eraser, book, notebook, chalk, picture, ink …(30`)
- Hide things, ask students to go to the blackboard and rewrite the things. Who has more corrected words is the winner.

- Feed back: Correct
2. Introduce the subject
- Show the map of England:
What is the position of England?
What are the famous places in England?
What are the name of famous football clubs do you know?
Why English is an international language?
* Presentation:
It`s an European country, It`s peace and beautiful under the rule of the Queen.
Places: London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham …….
Football clubs: ……
English is used all over the world to communicate and exchange the information among countries. Learning English help you not only knowing the second language but also having a chance to improve your knowledge. It`s also help you much in your job later.

Is it difficult or easy to study?
Are there many beautiful pictures in the book?
