By the end of the lesson, students can:
use the lexical items related to the topic “My home”.
Pronounce correctly the ending sounds /s/, /z/, /iz/ in isolation and in context
Use the prepositions of place and There is/ There isn’t: There are/ There aren’t correctly and appropriately.
Ask about and describe houses, room and furniture.

T. shows the picture to Ss and asks them to talk about the things in the picture.

Ss go to the board and write name of the items in the picture.
II. Presentation

T. writes the sentences on the board and elicits from Ss.
Ss look at the examples and give the comment.
T. explains how to use the positive, negative and yes/no – question.
