PERIOD 19: FIRST 45 MINUTE - TEST
* Aims:
Help Ss. revise the knowledge in the last 3 units of English 8 by doing a test of 45 minutes.
* Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to improve their practising skill and finish all the parts of the test correctly, clearly and individually.
* Language Focus:
I/ Phoetics: Choose one word whose underlined part is pronounced differently from the others.
II/ Vocabulary and structures: “Choose one word whose underlined part is pronounced
differently from the others”.
III/ Reading: “Read the passage, then answer the questions below”.
IV/ Writing: “Rewrite these sentences, not to change the meanings”.
V/ Listening: “Listen and fill in the gaps with correct words”.
* Preparation: Photoed test-papers.
* Ways of working: Ss. work individually only without any documents or equipments.
* Anticipated problems:
Weak Ss. may get it difficult to do the test individually, so they may copy the answers from the better ones or make noise in class.
-> Sollution: Teacher watches them doing strictly.
* Procedures:
