IV. Reading:( 2P) Read the following passage
“ Let’s have picnic lunch in the countryside.” This is easy to say and nice to think about. We imagine a beautiful green field with a big tree in the middle which give some shade from the sun. All round is lovely scenery, and it is distance we can see the cows quietly eating grass. After a meal of delicious sandwiches and fruit we can imagine lying in the warm sun. Then as darkness comes we strap up our basket and drive happily home
But it doesn’t always happen like this . We must not forget that flies also like fruit, that green field are sometimes damp fields, that rain may follow the sun, that peaceful cows may be unfriendly bulls.
