His Creation
Well, the greatest gift someone could
give you is to love you for who you are
and in spite of yourself.
How would someone express their
unconditional love for you?
I knew that; then you would be able to feel the full force
of My love for you in spite of all those failings and mistakes.
When I look at you,
what I feel for you is impossible to express with mere words.
In order for you to feel this great love I have for you,
when you were created I made you with flaws. I made it
so that things wouldn`t always go perfectly smooth in your life
and that you would make mistakes, fail, fall, and hit bottom.
I love you for who you are
and for what I see in you.
Life on Earth is a journey.
It`s going to be difficult sometimes and you`ll get dirty.
This is part of the plan because I made it so.
I know that it`s impossible for you to not stumble on the rocky road, to not make wrong decisions sometimes, to not get lost along the way, to not get weary or discouraged about the path that you are on, to not question My love for you.
But during these moments when things are most difficult,
you can rely on the fact that I love you in spite of it all.
You are not a disappointment because you are not perfect
or because you didn`t do as well as someone else.
It`s like when you have a child. When that child starts walking, learning to eat and talk, they fall, they make a mess and sometimes they don`t make sense but you don`t love them any less.
Life on Earth is a mystery;
just as walking is initially a mystery to a baby.
Even though you eventually learn to take a step and you learn something new about life, there`s always something new coming up ahead.
Life is about continuing the journey, being always
aware that falling is a part of the journey; but that
regardless, I am proud of you and I love you.
I don`t compare you with others or measure
your accomplishments against theirs.
You stand all on your own when it comes to Me and you.
You are My beautiful creation, fashioned as a sculptor
would fashion a sculpture.
I`m proud of you,
My creation.
You`re beautiful in every way, unique,
precious, and a prize in My collection.
