6. Procedures:
1. Warm-up: (5’)
* Matching: Ss will match the words with the corresponded pictures

measure p. of height measurement
weigh p. of weighing
2. Presentation: (10’)
T introduces the medical check up, then check the Ss’ comprehension
Ss listen to the dialogue. Pay attention to the polite requests:
Would you + V...?
3. Practice: (15’)
( Ss practice the dialogue in pairs
( Comprehension: Ss rearrange the sentences on p. 108
( Role-play: some Ss play the role of a nurse
some Ss play the role of a student
4. Consolidation: (10’)
( Making polite requests for Ss to follow
( Asking Ss to make polite requests to their friends
( Askinh about height, weight and temperature (in form of an interview)
6. Homework:
Each S prepare at least 5 polite requests
