What is Yoga?
In india, Yoga had a long history more than 2000 years, the Yoga movements has over 1000 kinds, many movements are put names same as animals, because they were adapted from movement of animal, such as: hawk, fish, frog,… so on.
Why do you do Yoga?
Loss of pressure
Good of health
We can do everywhere.
Treatment, specially (bone, joint)
Less time.
Bringing about optimism, a rosy complexion,…
You can do everywhere:home,beach,club class.
Doing Yoga only need: comfortable clothes, determination and clear space.
YOGA agree every age: children,adult, grandparents.
You can do Yoga by oneself from video or have a guide teacher.
We can do yoga from 2-3 hour.
And Yoga is used for everybody.
