Lucky Numbers
Find out a key word which contains 6 letters.
Rules:
- Each group takes turn to choose any number . When choosing a number , look at the picture and call out the name of the thing in it.
- If you name it correctly , you will get 1 point ,as well as you will know a letter from the key word.
- There is 1 lucky number. If you choose a lucky number , you don’t have to call out the name of the thing , and can get 2 points and know a letter as well.
- The group that finds out the key word earlier or gets more points will be the winner.

1. Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
* know the text structure of a procedure
* know language features (technical language, imperative, connectives to sequence the action in time, …)
2. Teaching aids:
Pictures, handouts, OHP, laptop, etc.
3. Time allowance: 60 minutes

Activity 1 - Match the three parts of the text with the suitable headings

1.Combine all ingredients except wraps and oil in a bowl.
2.On a damp tea towel, place a wrap, and fill with a couple of tablespoons of the pork mixture in a sausage like shape at one end of the wrap.
3.Fold sides in, then begin rolling spring roll at the mixture side.
4.Seal roll by moistening edge with water.
5.Heat oil over medium-high heat.
6.Fry rolls, turning frequently until cooked through and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
7.Drain on paper towels, and serve with Spring Roll Sauce (Nuoc Mam).
8.Keep warm in heated oven.
9.Note: The spring rolls may be made ahead, and frozen, and then fried when thawed.
10.Spring rolls may be kept in fridge until ready to fry too, up to a day or two in advance.
