They are easily flooded when it rains so heavily. The roads become wet and slippery after the rain. Last but not least, many traffic users don’t obey the traffic rules. They usually drive and ride very dangerously. Therefore, there are many traffic accidents every day. In order to reduce these problems, we must strictly obey all the traffic rules.
