The Government took three measures.

Eventually they decided to export the drug to other countries.

Work in groups. Discuss the question: “ Do you think that the Government of Tango’s decision to export the drug to other countries was a better solution? Why / Why not?”
No, I don’t think it was a better solution because of the following reasons. First, it can make people in that get addicted and cause bad effects on their economy. Next, not only using drugs but also exporting drugs to another countries is illegal. It is not a problem of one country but for the whole world.
