We use Will when there is no plan or decision to do something before we speak. We make the decision spontaneously at the time of speaking.
(Sử dụng Will để nói về điều gì sẽ xảy ra nhưng không được sắp đặt trước thời điểm nói)
Ex: _Hold on. I`ll get a pen.
We often use Will with the verb to think at the time of speaking:
(Nói về việc gì mà người nói dự định làm hoặc không làm ngay tại thời điểm nói)
Ex: _I think I`ll go to the gym tomorrow.
_I don`t think I`ll buy that car.
We often use Will to make a prediction about the future. Again, there is no firm plan. We are saying what we think will happen
(Lời tiên đóan về điều sẽ xảy ra trong tương lai dựa trên sự việc ở hiện tại)
Ex: _Look at the cloud! It will rain
1. Prediction ( guesses about the future) especially when there is evidence that something is just about to happen
(Sự dự đoán đặc biệt khi có chứng cứ về sự việc sắp xảy ra)
E.x: Be careful! The glass is going to fall!
It’s cloudy! I think it’s going to rain
2. We also use it to show something has already been planned or decided
(Cũng sử dụng để đề cập vấn đề đã được quyết định trước)
Ex: _We`re going to buy a new car next year.
_ I’m going to take English class next week.
3. Predictions based on what we can see at that moment
(Lời dự đóan dựa trên những điều nhận thấy ở hiện tại)
Ex: _Look at that cloud it`s going to rain.
_Watch out that car`s going to crash!
Also use Be going to when you’re more certain that an event will happen because there’s evidence
(Ta sử dụng be Going To khi bạn chắc chắn hơn về sự kiện sắp xảy ra vì bạn có bằng chứng. Không dùng Will trong trường hợp này)

*She will have a baby (incorrect)

To indicate an event as an arrangement

He is leaving tomorrow.
To indicate an event will or will not happen in the near future as a plan
(Diễn đạt một sự kiện sẽ hoặc sẽ không xảy ra trong tương lai gần như một kế họach)
It expresses the idea that a person intends to do something in the future. It does not matter whether the plan is realistic or not.
(Nó được dùng để ý kiến rằng ai đó có ý định làm gì trong tương lai.Không cần quan tâm kế họach đó có thực tiễn hay không)
Ex: I’m going to Helen’s party at 7p.m tomorrow.
We’re taking a 3:00 flight to Chicago.
