HOW TO PREPARE FOR
THE JOB INTERVIEW
Step 1: Get the details right.
Step 2: Know your target
Step 3: Know yourself
Step 4: Prepare for the obvious questions
Step 5: Prepare questions to ask them
Know when and where you`re going. Check the location on a map to know exactly where you are going and how to get there. Gather every thing you plan to take with you and keep it by the door so that you won’t forget it. You should be on time. If you arrive a few minutes early, you will have a comment to collect your thoughts and keep yourself calm before beginning the interview
Find out who`s going to be interviewing you. As important as it is to know lots about the company, you also need to find the information about the person who will be interviewing you. It`s especially important to know the names and job titles of the people you will be speaking to, what kind of the interviewer to expect, for example, he is a strict interviewer or a relaxing interviewer

Pay attention to your appearance. I think suit is more relax. You should wear clean and do not wear so much make up. You also need to pay attention to your hair and shoes too.
Learn what you can about the company. Find out as much as possible about the company you are interviewing with. Look on the internet for informaion on the company size, goods, services its products and what career opputunities may be available.
Show your interest. Keep an eye on news in leading weeks for stories about them. You’ll demonstrate to the employer that you are really interested in a job there
Know yourself versus what they want. Find out what they want and match yourself with that. Quantify and qualify yourself. Let your potential employer know about your skills, good samples and achivements
Re-read your CV. Make sure you know yourself and what you get so far
Think over some possible questions that an employer might ask you them. Prepare for standard questions: strengths, weaknesses or why do you want this job, etc…How would you answer them? You should have a friend or family member test you by asking sample interview questions
A lot of people find this one is difficult but actually it is the easiest one. For example you would like to know about their structure, potential promotion potential, etc…. It is a really good way to make the dialogue going but do not ask obvious questions you could have found out beforehand.
