* Reading the letters and find out the requests in Nga ‘s letter and the confirmation in Hoa’s:
* Request: _ Can you go shopping with me to buy the things we need for the trip?
* Confirmation: _ Certainly, I will help you to prepare everything you need for the trip.
1/ Request letter : is the letter that asks for information or help.
2/ Confirmation letter : is the letter that responds to the request. It confirms whether the help is provided or the information is available or not
* Format of a confirmation letter:
a/ Greeting : (Dear Nga,)
c /Closing : (Love, Yours, Cheers…)
d/ Signature
b/ Body:
