II. Choose one of your favourite dishes and write a recipe for it
Hello everybody! My name is Khang. Today I am going to talk about "Favorite dishes and a recipe for it". I will startwith some intructions on how to cook sour soup.
*Sour soup*
*Prepration time: ten minutes
*Cooking time: fifteen minutes
*Sour soup*
Ingredients:
-500ml water
-Two fresh tomatoes - quartered
-One pineapple - cubed
-One teaspoon sugar
-Two teaspoons pepper
-One tablespoon fish sauce
-Two fillet of loach
-Two small shallots - diced
-One chilli - sliced
-Twelve stick of taro root - peeled and thinly sliced
-10g coriander - finely chopped
* Recipe:
1. Heat the frying pan over a
high heat and add cooking oil.
2. Pour tomatoes, pineapple,
taro root, sugar and fish sauce
stir-fry until cooked.
3. Pour add 500ml water cook until boiling.
4. Adjust to taste.
5. Pour the sour soup in a bowl, sprinkle chilli and coriander on top.
Next, we`ll move on to "How to make milk coffee"
*Milk Coffee*
* Ingredients:
-Two tablespoons of condensed milk
-1,5 tablespoons of powdered coffee
* Recipe:
Add 1,5 tablespoons of powdered
coffee in to the chamber and shake it till even.
2. Lay in press depending on the model,
either screw on or press firmly down.
3. Add a dash of boilings water thin allows
the grinds to swell and makes for an even extraction.
4. Wait thirty seconds then fill boilings water up to the top and put the cap on.
5. Wait from three to five minutes for a proper extraction.
6. Stir well and enjoy.
