I. Before you read
Look at the picture and answer the following questions
1.Where do you think the class is taking place?
A. In mountainous areas.

1. Universalization /¸ju:ni¸və:səlai´zeiʃən/ (n): sự phổ cập
e.g universalization of secondary education
2. eradication /i¸rædi´keiʃən/ (n): sự xóa bỏ
to eradicate st: xóa bỏ cái gì đấy
e.g. The government tries to eradicate the gap between the rich and the poor
3. promotion /prə`mou∫n/ (n): sự thăng tiến, sự khuyến khích
e.g. He manages to get higher promotion in the company
4. campaign /kæmˈpeɪn/ (n): chiến dịch
