To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my cleats, I have already went out and bought a new pair of cleats at my local sporting goods store so sending another would result in me having two pairs of the same cleats.

Task1.
After studying for two weeks at English for Today Centre, you notice that everything is worse than what the advertisement says. A friend of yours wants to know about the centre and and you tell her the facts.
A : Are you happy with your study at English for Today centre?
B : No, (1)I am not
A : Are all the teachers native speakers?
B: No, (2)There is only one native teacher
A: The advertisement says there are no more than 20 students in a class. Is that true?
B: No, (3) it isn’t true. There are more than 30 students in my class
A: Do you get free books and cassette tapes?
B: No, (4) I had to pay 50,000VND
A: What about the classrooms? Are they air- conditioned?
B: No. (5) There is only one ceiling fan
A: What don’t you like most about the centre?
B: It’s the time. They say the class time is from 5:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m but (6) it is from 6 p.m to 8 p.m
A: Well, everything is different from what the advertisement says. What are you going to do?
B: I am going to write a letter of complaint to the director of the centre.

There are so many differences between the advertisement and the reality. My class has only one native speaker and she only teaches us on Monday every week. Moreover, the class is so crowded with more than 30 students. It is not the same with what you advertised. What’s more? We have to pay for books and cassette tapes, they are not free at all. To make the matter worse, my class is not air-conditioned, and there is only one ceiling fan. As a result: All the students in my class do not learn effectively. Finally, The time is also a problem. Classes usually start late and finish early.
