Would you like to be my pen friend? I am sixteen years old and 1.58 metres tall, with red hair and blue eyes. I live in Edinburgh with my parents and two elder sisters.

I am a secondary school student. My school is in the centre of the city.It is very old and beautiful with about five hundred students and seventy teachers. I go to school every day from 9:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m.First, we have lessons. Then we have a lunch – break for one and half an hour. After that, we either have more lessons or play games.

In short, we think that you need to apologise for the poor service of the tour and something must be done to improve it.

Dear sir,
I am writing to complain about the inconveniences we had to suffer during the holiday to Cua Lo beach from October 3rd to October 10th organized by our company.

What we have experienced in the holiday was quite different from the advertisement. The journey to Cua Lo was a disaster as the coach was old and not air – conditioned. When we arrived, our room was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby for half an hour. It took us nearly half an hour to go swimming because the hotel nearly 3 kilometres fom the beach. This was a package holiday and we expected to pay no further charges but we had to pay 100,000 VND for the laundry service. We complained to the guide but she could not do anything about it.

Dear sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Every thing seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement.
You say that there are only native teachers. However my class had only one native teacher. You also say that there are no more than 20 students per class, but there were 40 students in the class, so it was very difficult for us to practice. We sometimes waited for half an hour because the room was not ready or the teacher arrived late. Sometimes we couldn’t study as the classroom was very hot. We expected to pay no money for books and cassettes but we had to pay sixty thousand dong.
To resolve the problem, I require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
