Are you happy with your study at English for Today Centre?
Are all the teachers native speakers?
Do you get free books and cassette tapes?
Are there less than 20 students in a class?
5:45 8:00
What about the classrooms? Are they air-conditioned?
What don’t you like most about the centre?

 You say all the teachers are native speakers but in fact there is only one native teacher.
 My class doesn’t have any native teachers, that is quite different from the advertisement.

There are so many differences between the advertisement and the reality. You say that only native speakers give lectures but my class has only one native speaker. You also say that each class has no more than 20 students but there are 33 students in my class. What’s more? We have to pay for books and cassette tapes, they are not free at all. To make the matter worse, my class is not air conditioned, that is quite different from the advertisement. Finally, the time is not the same as what the advertisement says. Classes not only start late but also end early.

DIGITAL ALARM CLOCK
This product should reach you in perfect working order. If it does not, please return it to Electric Clocks Ltd., Hounslow, Middlesex, stating where and when it was bought. We will glad to exchange it and refund the postage.
Write a letter of complaint. You bought the clock at a branch of W. H. Samson in Oxford Street, London, last week. It said “blue” on the box, but it was pink. The alarm doesn’t seem to work. You paid cash, and you didn’t keep the receipt.
