How do you use the passive voice?
Review the passive voice.
In the passive voice, the action is done to the subject.
1. Passive voice in simple present tense :
Passive : S(o) is/ am / are V(PII) Adv by O(s)
Active : S V (s, es,) O Adv
2. Passive voice in simple past tense :
Active : S V (ed, irr) O Adv
Passive : S(o) was / were V(PII) Adv by O(s)
3. Passive voice in simple past continuous tense :
Active : S was / were V-ing O Adv
Passive : S(o) was / were being V(PII) Adv by O(s)
4. Passive voice in simple present continuous tense :
Active : S is /am / are V- ing O Adv
Passive : S(o) is / am / are being V(PII) Adv by O(S)
5.Passive voice in simple present perfect tense

Passive : S(O) has / have been V(PII) Adv by O(S)
6. Passive voice in simple past perfect tense:
