Talking about the chool education system in VN:

In VN, there are 3 levels in chool education system. They are: pre education, primary education and secondary education. The pre education is optional. It consists of nursery and kindergarten. Children aged from 3 to 5 can go to pre school or not.
However, primary educaition is compulsory. Children go to the primary chool when they are 6 years old and it last 5 years. Then , they go to lower secondary school when they aged of 11. After 4 academic years in lower secondary chool, they go to upper secondary chool in 3 years. They take the National examination for GCSE when thay finish secondary education.
