Luật chơi:
Điều kiện: Trên tay cô có 9 băng giấy mang 9 mệnh đề bắt đầu bằng "IF". Cô phát đều cho hai nhóm mỗi nhóm 9 mệnh đề chính. Mỗi mệnh đề chính này chỉ ghép được với một trong số những mệnh đề mà cô đưa ra để ghép thành câu điều kiện hoàn chỉnh.
Nhiệm vụ: Khi cô đưa ra một mệnh đề, mỗi đội có 3 giây suy nghĩ. Đội nào có tín hiệu trước bằng cách bấm chuông sẽ được quyền lên ghép. Đội nào ghép đúng nhiều câu nhất, đội đó sẽ giành phần thắng.
Lưu ý: Các đội cử một đại diện lên ghép cho mỗi câu.

II .direct and reported speech
a) Reported statement
- Khi chuyển một câu sang cách nói gián tiếp, chúng ta chú ý những thành phần sau đây phải biến đổi :
+ Động từ phải chia lùi một thời.
- Ví dụ: thời hiện tại đơn giản đổi thành thời quá khứ đơn giản.
+ Các đại từ nhân xưng, đại từ chỉ định, đại từ sở hữu, phải thay đổi thành những đại từ tương ứng - Ví dụ: this ? that.
+ Các trạng từ, trạng ngữ chỉ thời gianvà nơi chốn phải thay đổi.
- Ví dụ : here ? there ; now ? then

Lan`s father held a party to celebrate his mother`s birthday. Unfortunately, Mirs. Thu, her grandmother, has a hearing problem and she couldn`t hear what people were saying. After the party, Lan reported everything to her grandmother.

Aunt Xuan said she was happy to see you.

B; REPORTED QUESTIONS
Công thức chuyển câu hỏi Yes-No sang gián tiếp :
S + asked + (object) + if/whether + S +V .

Example 1 : - " Do you learn English at school ?"- He asked me.
- He asked me if I learned English at school.
Công thức chuyển câu hỏi có từ để hỏi sang gián tiếp:
S + asked + (object) + question word + S +V .

Example 2: " What are you doing, Nam?"- Minh said.
- Minh asked Nam what he was doing.

- áp dụng nguyên tắc động từ chia lùi một thời
- Các đại từ : chỉ định, nhân xưng sở hữu thay đổi tương ứng.
- Các trạng từ, trạng ngữ chỉ thời gian và nơi chốn phải thay đổi.
Lưu ý đến thể của động từ khi chuyển các loại câu hỏi sang câu nói gián tiếp.
Đối với câu hỏi yes - no thì bỏ trợ động từ và thay if hoặc whether vào vị trí đó, động từ vẫn chia lùi một thời.
