I. Modal could with wish & the past simple with wish:
Ba wishes he could have a new bicycle
Ex1: Ba / can / have / new bicycle
Ba wishes he had a new bicycle.
Ex2: Ba / have / new bicycle

didn`t + V(inf).
could(not) + V(inf)
Form:
Ex1: Ba wishes he could have a new bicycle
Ex2: Ba wishes he had a new bicycle
Hoa wishes she could visit her parents.
