UNIT 2: PEOPLE
I.Aims:
By the end of this unit, Ss will be able to:
-Practise well with the verb: to be( am, is are).
-Practise well simple instruction related to classroom activities.
-Name the jobs.
-Use well prossessive adjectives.

-Ask Ss to read the conversation.
-Play the tape for Ss to listen and read.
-Give more examples and invite Ss to find out the types of to be.
-Guide Ss to discuss the questions with a patrner.
-Play the tape for Ss to listen and read.
-Check the answers ans paying special attention to the short form.
-Ask Ss to complete the table individually.
-Write on the correct forms.
-Repeat the process with the negative forms.
“How do we make question with the verb to be?”
-Suggest to make questions.
-Ask Ss to work with a partner to complete the conversations.
-Check the answers.
-Call Ss to practise the conversation in pairs.
-Ask Ss to practise asking more questions about the people in the pictures and other members of the class.
-Help Ss complete the true sentences.
-Ask Ss to look at the pictures and instructions.
