Form and Usage:
+ A/an: indefinite articles.
A + singular countable Noun (a dog, a cat)
An + singular countable Noun beginning with a vowel: o, a, e, u, i (an umbrella, an orange)
+ The: definite article.
The + Noun
Note: we pronounce “the” as “ði:” before a vowel: o, a, e, u, i
Exercise 4: Put a/an or the in the numbered blanks
