How to stay healthy ?
Our group has four member :
Van Phuong Mai
Phan Thi Phuong Mai
Nguyen Thao Hien
Pham Hoang Ngan
Because:
-We will tired so we can’t study and work.
-We will sick.
1. Drinking water helps maintain the balance of body fluids.
2. Water can help control calories.
3. Water helps keep skin looking good.
I. Drink water
II. Eat enough vegetable and fruit
1, Eat more vegetables and fruits helps the body to avoid heart disease, cancer.
2, Give you a lot of vitamins, fiber
3, Help you produce cholesterol
Suitable duet
III, Wash your hand and take a shower
1, Wash your hand before eat and after go to the toilet.
2, You should wash your hand with soap
3, Take a shower help you lessen stress
4, Help your skin soft and beautiful.
IV. Don’t smoke
Smoke can make cause lung, liver, heart; worship. Victims smoke significant impact on the economy of each person and the social economy.
V. Don’t drink beer and wine
Beer and wine makes headache, shortness of breath, heart muscle relaxant ...
VI. Don’t watch TV and play games too much!
You will have bad eyes
You will lose your time to study
VII. Don’t study a lot
1. Make your eyes bad
2. You will tired and sleepy every time
VIII. Play sports and do practices
Play sports helps you stay in shape, teaches you how to organize your time, boosts friendships, and builds relationships with your peers and adults.
IX. Go to hospital if you sick
If you feel sick, you must go to the hospital and take some medicine.
