ANSWER:
1. Mother has to work long hours and once a week she has to work on a night shift.
Father works from 8 a .m to 5p .m and sometimes doesn’t come home until very late at night.

2. She tries to win a place at University.

3. Because they are a very close-knit family and very supportive of one another. They can share their feelings and discuss problem frankly and find solution quickly.
