This festival is usually held
in February, lasts for 3 days
and takes place every 2
years.
The New Zealand festival
was first held in 1972 in
Rotorua to honor Maori
Culture.
Celebration of Waitangi

New Zealand`s culture is rich and diverse due to the blending of Polynesian culture and European culture. The influence of Maori, Pacific, European and Asian cultures has made New Zealand a colorful and vibrant land with a lot of customs and dishes to enjoy.
