-The oil over hight heat in a frying pan
- Pour the eggs .Then fold - Put the omelette on a plate.
Write a paragraph about popular foods or drinks in your neighbourhood. Choose one or more.Use the information in 3, and Phong’s blog, as a model.

a) What is the name of the food/ or drink?
b) What ingredients do you need?
c) How do you make it?
3.Post writing:
Correction of their writing
Fried rice:
Firstly,we beat the eggs with salt,pepper,onion.Then we heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil.When it hot,pour the mixture into the pan.Next when it is hot,take it out and clean out the pan,we add 2 tablespoons oil,add the rice,stir-fry for a few minutes,using chopsticks to break it apart, stir in the soy sauce.When the rice is heated through,we add the mixture back into the pan.Remwmber to serve hot.
* Complete the writing tasks into your notebook.
* Do exercise E 1, 2 workbook
* Prepare next lesson : Looking back + Project .
