Vietnamese’s People
Population :1,268,963 Closest to the Kinh, the other main part of the Viet–Muong branch of the Vietic subfamily.
Where live mainly :living in the mountainous regions of northern Vietnam , the largest concentration in the peace and the mountainous districts of thanh Hoa province.












-The Muong
Tradition: It have many tradition,example:
The lunar new year of the Muong’s people.
Muong’s people have tradition Cong Chieng in Tet holiday, so in new year,we can hear cong chieng of Muong fellow still resonated every spring on.
They have the village Association, Muong peoole Village Association also held fairly.. To the festival, no one said anything, but the families are carrying items such as pork, chicken, sticky rice, wine ... entertain.



Traditional housing of the Muong:
The floor of the Muong people often split up three premises: the top is hung to contain food, household appliances,.... It is a stone or wooden boards, with water in a timber or bamboo tub to wash feet before going home. Stairs side only for those in the family to go home to farming, shifting about.

In the house of the Muong floor, the space is divided by both vertically and horizontally. From the main staircase in the middle of the floor steps below the kitchen, above the altar, is to seating outside, inside is where the life of the whole family.

The tradition of food have many kind of food, example:
Một món xôi truyền thống khác, cũng thường có để đãi khách ngày 2/9 của người Mường, là xôi 7 màu. Tất cả màu sắc trong xôi đều được lấy từ lá cây rừng hoặc củ quả tự nhiên.

Costumes of the Muong also carries a distinct characteristic, showing meticulous, delicate and skillful woman. This is kind of short blouses, sawn chest, long sleeves, brown or white shirt, inner wear white camisole. Earlier usually white headdress, green with style is not sophisticated as some other ethnic groups. Skirts are tight black dresses.
