Period 7: Getting Started - Listen and Read.
A. Objective: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:
talk about their clothing and the trandition dress of Viet Nam women.

c. Teaching aids:
Teacher and student’s books,cassete player.
D. PROCEDURE
I. Warm up.
Getting Started: Give Ss to make sentences with the pictures.
Where is she/he from? What is she/he wearing? Do you know their clothing?
II. Presentation:
Listen and read. Give Ss to listen the lesson and ask Ss to answer the questions from thelesson.Which have mention in peoms, noveland songs?
Give Ss the contents of the lesson. Then give Ss the Structures from the lesson.
a. Structures.
The present perfect tense.
They have printed lines of peotry on Ao dai.
The Ao dai has been the subject of ....
Help Ss to know the structures from sentences.
b. New words.
convenient(a) translate
symbols (n) picture
ethnic (a) translate.
Give Ss to read the lesson and find the contents of the lesson.
III. Practise:
Gives to read the lesson and help Ss to work in groups to do the lesson.
Gives Ss to read read the lesson aloud. Correct some mistake from the lesson.
Give Ss to make sentences with the information from the lesson.

Call Ss to read aloud the sentences, correct some mistakes.

IV. Consolidation:

Period 8: Speaking
A.Objectives: When finished the lesson Ss can be able to
- know the name of the clothing.
- know what they usually wear.

B. Language contents:
a. structures. What do you usually wear on the weekend?
Why do you wear these clothes?
What is your favorite type of clothing? why?
b. New words. The names of clothes.

C. Aid of teaching:
books, pictures, chalk, board.
blue short
D. Procedure:
I. Warm up : Give Ss to play with

II. Pre- speaking:
Give Ss to see the pictures and talk the name of the pictures. Call Ss to read aloud the words of the pictures.

What do you usually wear on the weekend?
Why do you wear clothes? What your favorite type of clothing?
Give Ss to answer the questions.

b. New words.
casual clothes (n) Picture
a striped shirt (n) Picture
a a sleeveless sweater (n) Picture
Give Ss to listen then read the words. Help Ss to read the words call Ss to read out the words. Correct some mistakes from Ss .


III. While- speaking:

Give Ss to see the picture then give Ss to work in groups to match the words with the pictures.
Help Ss to do the lesson, then call Ss to read read out the words. Correct some mistakes from the lesson.

Give Ss to work in pairs to Ask and answer the questions from the lesson.

I usaully wear a colorful T-shirt and blue short.
Why do you wear these clothes?
Because it is more comfortable.

IV. Post- speaking:
Call Ss to write the text from the lesson. Help Ss to write the answer to make the dialogues from these questions.

V. Home work:
Guide Ss to prepare new lesson.
Guide Ss to do Ex...
Ask Ss to learn the lesson at home.
