Managing operation schedule

This makes it possible to do manage whole operation schedule
with NeoLMS. Operation schedule is registered and managed for
year/semester. Courses are able to be opened under each
operation schedule. This screen is for listing schedule in operation
schedule management menu.
Function
• Registering schedule
①. Press [Registrar] button for registering schedule.

• Removing schedule
②. Press [Eliminar] button for removing schedules.

• Modifying schedule
③. Press a schedule, and then a window for Modifying appears

Registering operation schedule
This makes it possible to do manage whole operation schedule
with NeoLMS. Operation schedule is registered and managed for
year/semester. Courses are able to be opened under each
operation schedule.
• Registering schedules
①. Press [Registrar] button.
②. Registering screen appears below the screen.
-All fields are mandatory.
- Operation year/semester are available only for number
- End date in the period for applying, learning and scoring shouldn’t be earlier than the start date
③. Press [Registrar] button.

Managing operation schedule, Modifying/viewing
It enables to view the registered schedules.
It enables to Modify operation schedules .
• Viewing a detailed schedule
①. Click the schedule name to be viewed.

• Modifying schedules
② Click a schedule name and press [Modificación] for modification.

Initial screen for managing administrator
It registers and manages administrators necessary
for each course. These people consists of administrators,
assistant professor, tutors and CP, their accessible menus are
dependent on their rights. Super administrator is able to set
accessible menus for registering corresponding rights.
• Registering administrator
①. Press [Registrar] button for registering an administrator

• Viewing mail lists which are sent
② This makes it possible to check mail lists which are sent by pressing [Historia de correos electrónicos enviados] button.

• Exporting list for administrators to Excel
③ You can export name list for administrators into Excel file by pressing [Imprimir Excel] button

• Viewing information for administrators
④. You can view the information for an administrator to be inquired by pressing the name.

• Modifying sign-out status
⑤ You can Modify the status of Sign-out/Normal by pressing [Retirar/Normal ]button

• Modifying information of administrator
⑥ You can Modify information of an administrator by click an administrator to be modified and then pressing [Modificación] button

2) Registering an administrator
Registering administrators
It registers administrators necessary for operating courses.
These people consist of administrators, assistant professor,
tutors and CP, and their accessible menus are dependant on
their rights.
• Registering administrators
①. Click [Registrar] button.
②. Fill the form which is printed out below.
③. Click [Registrar] button.

- Field for name is mandatory.
- [Comprobar duplicados] in personal identification number is mandatory.
- [Comprobar duplicados] in ID field is mandatory
- Fields for password and password confirmation are mandatory

3) Modifying information for administrator
Modifying administrator
It modifies the registered information for administrator.
All information except for PIN and ID can be modified
• Modifying information for administrator
①. Click an administrator to be modified.
②. Click [Modificación] button in displayed screen below
③. Click [Modificación] button again after modification.
- Personal Identification Number can’t be modified.
- ID can’t be modified.

4) Viewing mail list which is sent
Mail list sent for administrator
This makes it possible to view mail list which is sent by
administrator.
• Checking mail list which is sent.
①. Click [Historia de correos electrónicos enviados].
②. Check the list in lower screen.

• Remove mail list which is sent
③. Select a mail to be removed and press [Eliminar] button.

Users can learn, do homework and discuss with registered
contents
• Viewing contents
①. You can view contents by clicking content list.

This makes it possible to manage registered contents
by Modify or removing it.
• Viewing contents
① Move to current screen by clicking content name in initial
screen in content management.
② You can check course associated with information for content and chapter number / number of questions/
number of homework and discussions

• Modifying content
③. Content modification screen appears if you click [Modificación] button
