2/ Your hobby
Every body has his ( her) own hobby for example: playing sports, playing computer games, cooking, going shopping, etc…. for me, I like collecting stamps in my free time.
There are lots of advantages to practice this hobby. Firstly, it’s an easy thing to do. I only need to buy stamps or ask for from my friends. The stamps are not very expensive so I can buy them without costing lots of money.
Secondly, by collecting stamps I can know a lot of things in different fields of our life such as: animals, places, famous people, insects, etc. It’s a good way to broaden my knowledge effectively.
In short, collecting stamps has lots of advantages to learn as well as helps me to relax after a hard work day.
3/ Describe one of your close friends
Everyone has his (her) own close friend to share sorrow as well as happiness. To me, I have got some close friends in the same class at high school till now. One of them is Dang. He’s my best friend from child till now. He’s the same age as me but he looks more mature than me. His weight is about 60kilos. He’s tall and pretty fat. He’s got a good-looking face with a straight nose and a ready- for- a- smile mouth, his hair is short and curly. He’s very intelligent too. He’s just graduated from Bach Khoa University and now he works for a very good company. I sure think he’s a good engineer.
In brief, Dang has lots of good characteristics that make me admire him.
4/ Describe your house
“There is no place like home” a saying goes. To me, I’ve got a wonderful house. From the outside, it looks rather old with brick wall and tile roof, but it’s very comfortable and cool house.
There are 4 rooms: a living room, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.
The living room isn’t very small with a long table and six chairs. There’s a tea-tray on it for my grandparents to drink tea every day and to welcome guests.
Next, the two bedrooms are near together and next to the living-room. One is my grandparents’ and one is mine. My bedroom is small but quite pleasure; it has a bed, a chest and a wardrobe to contain clothes. This is the place I like the most in my cozy house.
The last one is kitchen. There’s a gas stove, some saucepans and a shelf to contain bowls and cups. The toilet and bathroom is far away the house.
In short, my house is a beautiful old one, but it’s the most peaceful place where every member gathers after a hard work day.
5/ Describe your hometown.
I’m very lucky to be born and grown up at a peaceful and beautiful village- Quang Thanh.
My village is a small place, about 1,500hecta. There are two man-made lakes which supply water for the whole village to water coffee, pepper trees.
Beside that, there’s a very large rubber plantation. It belongs to government; there are lots of workers work on it. It makes my village greener and fresher.
There are two schools: a primary and a secondary one. There’s a nursery too. All of them have just been built so they’re quite new and comfortable.
Then, there’s a new market, a church and a pagoda. Lastly, there’s a
