1. The simple present talks about habits: things you do again and again.
I ask question when I don’t understand.
2. The simple present talks about everyday routines: things you do regularly.

3.You can also use the simple present to talk about statements of fact things that are always true:
The sun rises in the east and sets in the west.
4. Thus, we use the simple present to talk about routines, habits, and facts.
