Introduction

Rice can not lack in your daily meals. It supports energy and nutritional for daily activities of everyone. Because it has protein and vitamin such as vitamin B1, B3, B6…
Along with other grains, rice is a whole grain is best for good health in many ways; extremely valuable product that Creator gave human beings to create equilibrium of metabolic processes - metabolism in the body, strengthen the immune system, make well-developed body and reverse all the risk of disease. Rice helps to prevent, limiting illness, support the treatment of chronic diseases and many other valuable works.
II. Rice plant`s development
1. Germination of seeds
Paddy grain is rich for starch and vitamin.
The utilization of quality seeds: the farmers have to choose the best seed.

Seeds were planted after the soil has been cleaned and have adequate water helps seeds germinate easily.
Direct seeding by using drum seeder
The utilization of natural fertilizer
Transplanting of seedlings not more than 15 days old.

Rice flowering
From harvesting rice on the fields to having rice in your daily meal is a process.

Rice can go from field to your home or home store or export station.
Vietnam is ranked the second on over the world for exporting rice (after Thai Lan ). Export businessman take rice go to many country like Japan, Korea, USA, …
Red River and Mekong River are two place with produce rice the most in Vietnam.
- Rice is processed into the popular dishes to Vietnamese.
Rice have got Ordinary rice and Glutinous rice (gao Te & gao Nep).

Rice is an indispensable food in daily meals of Vietnam in particular, and another nation in general.



Banh chung and banh tet is an indispensable food in traditional Tet of Vietnam.

Rice is crush (break) into starch and this white powder is used for making lot of dish such as rice noodles, pancake, wet cake ... In which steamed rolled rice pancake is seen the most popular.
Steamed thin rice pancake & noodles rice (soft)

This kind of pancake is very popular in Vietnam, people look it like a traditional dish.
In Vietnam have lot of countryside made pancake. Hue is very famous for this steamed rolled rice pancake. Anyone comes to visit Hue, they also not forget to eat this famous dish.

Floating cake

The floating cake is a popular dish in association with the image of women Vietnam, this was poetess Ho Xuan Huong expressed in the poem “the floating cake”.


Sticky rice is an indispensable dish in the traditional New Year holidays and weddings in Vietnam`s, because red sticky will bring good luck.


Conclusions
Rice is the food source to feed millions of people around the world. Therefore the research to create better strains of seed, it is the work of our biologists. I hope this presentation will give you the practical benefits to love you more farmers hard working production.
