I. WISHING CLAUSE:
* Past simple with “wish”:
S1 + wish + S2 + V (past simple)
* Modal verbs with “wish”:
S1 + wish + S2 + could + V
1-We don’t have a computer.
We wish …………………………
2- I can’t speak Chinese.

3- My brother doesn’t know how to use computer.
My brother wishes ……………………………………
4- Tim cannot go to your birthday party.

Write sentences with “ wish” :
* Between: Ex: The meeting was held between 8.00 am and 10.00 am
* After : Ex: I play games after 5.00 pm.
II. PREPOSITIONS OF TIME:
* On + day of week : → on Monday
date : → on July 2nd
special days : → on Chrismas Day
* At + time : → at 12:15 at eight o’clock
: → at noon at night
* In + month : → in June
season : → in the winter
year : → in 1990 / in the 1990s
Parts of the day : → in the morning
Complete each sentence with a suitable preposition:
