Roll play: Choose one of these situations described below and make conversation in pairs.
1. You have an appointment to see Mr. Chang. You are at the reception now. Mr. Chang is in another meeting at the moment, the receptionist asks you to wait him a few minutes.
2. You are speaking to receptionist. Ask to speak to Mr. Chang, but he isn’t here today. The receptionist offers to take a message, agree and leave a message.
