-Sts will be able to get to know about some common first aids and they can do in daily life.

Warm – up (5’)

-Hold a game.
+Show ss some pictures on first-aids.
?What is this?(point at each object).

I. GAME: Open prediction.

+ discuss in four groups.


? Have you ever had an accident which required first –aids ?
? Have you ever met any?
? What did you do at that time?
- Ask ss to work in four groups to give out their solutions to these situations.

- Then get each group to give the solution.
-Listen. Remark. Correct if necessary.

- Then get each group to give their solution.

-While ss are answering, correct












-And explain new words and phrases if necessary.





- Check ss’vocabulary by holding the game Matching







II. Give first aids to these situations:
1, A girl has a burn on her arm.
2, A boy has a cut on his leg.
3, A girl has a nose bleed.
4, A boy has a bee sting.


* Solutions:
1.We’ll put the burn under the cold water and wash it or put a cold handkerchief on it. The we apply some ointment and cover it with a sterile bandage.
2.Firstlly,we’ll wash the cut with alcolhol to sterilize it. And then I cover it with a bandage. If the cut is really bad, we’ll take him to the nearest clinic.
3. We’ll try to stop her nose bleeding by letting her stand straihgt and raise her head behind. Then I cover the bleeding nose with the cotton ball.
4. Firstly I’ll wash the sting. Then I put some meat tenderizer on a handkerchief and then put the handkerchief on the bite for half an hour to ease the pain.
