I.Câu trực tiếp và gián tiếp :
1.Với câu trần thuật : S + said (that) S +V(lùi một thì về quá khứ)...
ex.She said : “I am a student”. She said that She was a student

2.Với câu Yes/No Question: S +asked + O if/whether S+ V lùi một thì về quá khứ )
ex. She said to me : “can you speak English fluently?”

She asked me if I could speak English fluently.
3.Với câu mệnh lệnh : S + asked/told +O +(not) + to +V(inf)...
ex. “Don’t make noise here”,Lan said to Hoa.
Lan asked Hoa not to make noise there.
4. Với câu hỏi Wh – Questions :
S + asked + O + Wh + S + V(lùi một thì về quá khứ).
ex. “Where do you live?” She said to me.
She asked me Where I lived.
