Malaysia is a country of many cultures, wonders and attractions. It?s a country member of the Association of South East Asian Nations ( ASEAN)
The total area of Malaysia, comprise of the sea and area is 329,758 sq km with 13 states. Malaysia has tropical climate with warm weather all year around. The national holiday is on 31 August ( 1957)
Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia and it is also the largest city in the country which has lots of shopping malls.
Malaysia?s population in 2001 was over 22 million. About 50% of the population are Malays, that?s largest ethnic group. The second largest ethnic group is Chinese ( about 25% of the population ) and the smallest of there main ethnic is Indians ( about 10% of the population ).
The official religion of Malaysia is Islam and other main religions are Buddhism and Hinduism.
Bahasa Malaysia ( Malay ) is the national language, English, Chinese and Tamil are also spoken in Malaysia. The language of instruction in primary school is Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese or Tamil. And the compulsory second language in Malaysia is English.
Malaysia has many good schools for Malaysia?s students and students from other country over the world. At school, they have lots of study equipments for your lesson, those equipments can help you get good marks.
