Cách đặt điều kiện trái ngược tình huống cho trước:
Chọn câu chỉ nguyên nhân ,
Đặt giả thiết trái ngược với nguyên nhân đó ,
Chọn loại điều kiện thích hợp:
Động từ (trong câu tình huống) ở mệnh lệnh → điều kiện loại 1
Động từ ở hiện tại → điều kiện 2
Động từ ở quá khứ → điều kiện 3
Cách dùng UNLESS:
EX:
If you do not study hard, you will fail the exam
Unless you study hard , you will fail the exam
