What are HABITS?
Habit (n.):
[C] a thing you do often and almost without thinking,especially something hard to stop doing
[U] usual behaviour

[C] a behavior pattern acquired by frequent repetition
[C] an acquired mode of behavior that has become nearly or completely involuntary
What are HABITS?
Habit (n.):
Habits are routines of behavior that are repeated regularly and tend to occur subconsciously.
Habits can be good ones or bad ones.
Good habits benefit the body and the mind. .
Bad habits are negative behaviour patterns.
