an amount of:

diet (n) : chế độ ăn uống , chế độ ăn kiêng
balanced (adf) : cân đối , thăng bằng
balance (n): cái cân
(v) : cân bằng , làm cho thăng bằng
moderate (adf) : vừa phải
energy : năng lượng , sức lực
(to) affect : ảnh hưởng

What does “a balanced diet” mean?
1. Eat a lot of meat
