* Most:
Most students like playing sports
Most beer is expensive
Most of my friends study well
- an expression of quantity, meaning "hầu hết"
- followed by either singular and plural nouns and verbs
- used either as determiner in a noun phrase or as pronoun followed by "of" + noun phrase

* Other expressions of quantity:
- a great deal of + sing.Noun (+sing.V)
- a large number of + pl.Noun (+pl.V)
A great deal of milk has been drunk
A large number of books were sold
𠠠�� These two expressions are often used in affirmative sentences instead of "much" and "many" in a more normal style
- Much (+ sing. Noun + sing. V)
- Many (+ pl. Noun + pl. V)
How much coffee has been spent?
She has too many books
𠠠�� often used in negative and interrogative sentences.
𠠠�� However, often used in affirmative sentences after "too", "so", "as` or "very"
- a little (positive meaning) + sing. n +
- little (negative meaning) sing. v
A little sugar was used
She ate little bread
𠠠�� used as determiner, pronoun (+of), or adverb
-a few (positive meaning) ( + pl. N + Pl. V)
-few (negative meaning)
She bought a few shirts
