Guessing activites ; Ask Ss to mime and get the others to guess



1 Pre- listening:
* Matching.
-Run through pictures
How many pictures..?
How many boys and girls?
-Have them discuss about the activities with pictures
*Prediction: Get them to work in individual to match the name to an activity
2.While- listening:
-Open the tape
-Ask them to check , then correct themselves
-Open again
-Correct
- Have them retell each sentence








3. Post- listening:
Survey; Ask them to work in groups of four
-Go round and help
-Get them to demonstrate
-Correct

1. Listening
Ask Ss to listen to the tape again
Ss couldn’t listen carefully

Students did badly ( Manh, Sy, Phu,Quynh)

Students did well( Thuy, Trang, Mai, Thao,Thanh Thu)






2.Language focus
Ask Ss to repeat the structures
Main mistakes

prefered-> preferred


3.Reading
Ss read the text well, some of them couldn’t understand




4. Writing
Some of Ss have mistakes when they used the past

Every afternoon , Phuong like going to enhlish speaking club , but this afternoon . she has to look after the house because her parents are away . Hue is going to play basketball with her friends . Minh is a hard student . He always goes to the library . This aftrenoon Thanh will go with him . They are interested in books on science. Hung is tired today . He thinks he can’t do anything . He just wants to stay at home to have a rest.
