It was the first time Tim went to Ho Chi Minh City with his parents. When the plane landed at Tan Son Nhat Airport, the day was fine. There was a bright sun, and the sky was cloudless and blue. It is said that Ho Chi Minh City is the city of sunshine.
The family took a taxi to the Rex Hotel, a very big hotel in the city centre. After checking in, they went upstairs to their room on the fifth floor, Tim was eager to see the sights of the city.
