A. Grammar
1. Used to : đã từng, đã thường (làm gì ở quá khứ): Dùng để diễn tả một thói quen trong quá khứ nay không còn nữa.
Cấu trúc:
- S + used to + V (infinitive)
Ex: I used to swim when I was young.
*. Note: chú ý: Când chú ý sự khác biệt về cấu trúc và ý nghĩa giữa used to và be / get used to
Be / get + used to + N / V- ing: Quen với việc gì
Ex: I am used to getting early in the morning.
2. The unreal past with Wish(thì quá khứ giả đinh với wish)
Wish (ao ước, ước muốn) là quá khứ giả định để diễn tả về sự việc tình huống ở hiện tại không theo ý muốn của chúng ta . Quá khứ giả định có dạng giống như thì QK đơn. Riêng động từ “to be” thì đi với tất cả các ngôi.
Cấu trúc: S1 + wish + S2 + Ved / V(cột 2 trong Đt bất qui tắc)

+ were (Với tất cả các ngôi)

3. The present perfect.
- Cách nhận biết: Trong thì HTHT thường có các trạng từ sau: for, since, already, yet , ever, so far, up to now, just, recently, lately....
- Cấu trúc: S + have / has + Ved / VPII
Have / Has + S + Ved / VPII ?
Wh / How long + have / has + S + Ved / VPII ?
4. The pasage voice – Câu bị động
a) Bị động ở hiện tại đơn: S + is / are / am + VPII
b) Bị động ở quá khứ đơn: S + was / were + VPII
c) Bị động ở thì Hiện tại tiếp diễn: S + is / are / am + being + VPII + by O
d) Bị động ở thì quá khứ tiếp diễn: S + was / were + being + VPII
e) Bị động ở thì hiện tại hoàn thành: S + have / has+ been + VPII
f) Bị động động từ khiếm khuyết S + can + be + VPII
